A list of compilied resources I have used to achieve my CISSP:
Practice Tests:
CCCure CISSP tests https://www.freepracticetests.org/quiz/index.php - requires a paid membership to access despite the "free" url name.
ISC2 has an official app for iphone / android - I think it costs around $10 it has both flashcards and tests.
Transcender practice tests - also cost money - if you have a CBT nuggets subscription you can get them for free - they are around $99 on Cybrary.IT for a term access.
CISSP Study guide 3rd edition by Eric Conrad official test prep link http://booksite.elsevier.com/companion/conrad/ - Free and from my experience as close to the exam as you can get. You will need to use Internet Explorer to use the test link.
Reference Material:
Sunflower PDF - this blog is a drawn out version of that - I have added my own notes to the summarized ones from this PDF.
www.reddit.com/r/cissp - I like to read the passed and failed experiences to learn if there is anything else that can help me.
Books:
Videos / Training Courses:
www.cbtnuggets.com - they have a slightly outdated version of the CISSP course. I found it to be alright.
www.cybrary.it - they have a CISSP course led by Kelly Handerhan and i found it to be excellent - plus its a free course.

Tips:
Remember this exam is designed to be from the view point of a security manager not a network technician so get in the mindset of someone who makes decisions instead of fixing mistakes.
The following video is all about why you will fail the CISSP the first time, definetly a must watch despite its length. Invaluable tips to avoid making the same mistake.
